You should not spend the beginning of your event wondering when your rental will arrive. For a qualifying booking, we guarantee delivery and complete setup by the exact party start time you provide.
What the On-Time Guarantee Means
The party start time—not an estimated delivery time—is the guarantee deadline.
We may provide an approximate arrival time or delivery window to help coordinate setup. If we say we expect to arrive around 10:00 a.m. and arrive at 10:05 a.m., that does not trigger a refund when your equipment is fully set up before the confirmed party start time.
The guarantee applies only when Deep South Event Rentals is directly at fault for completing a qualifying setup after that start time.

How It Works
You Confirm Your Booking
Choose your rentals, give us the event information and exact party start time, and complete the required deposit or payment at least 48 hours in advance.
We Schedule Delivery
We plan delivery and professional setup around the confirmed event information and the party start time on your reservation.
Your Rental Is Ready
For a qualifying booking, your rental is delivered and fully set up by the confirmed party start time—or our direct fault means the entire order is refunded.

Help Us Keep Your Setup on Schedule
Customers also play an important role in preventing setup delays. Have the setup area and access route ready before our crew arrives.
Prepare the Area
Clear the setup space and remove all dog poop, pet waste, toys, sticks, sharp objects and other debris.
Provide Clear Access
Unlock gates, move blocking vehicles, secure pets and provide an access path at least 36 inches wide for our equipment dolly. We do not carry inflatables through homes.
Have Utilities Ready
Have the required electrical source ready and an outdoor water connection available for water slides.
Tell Us About Problems
Let us know beforehand about narrow access, unusual surfaces, slopes or anything that could affect a safe setup.

What does your On-Time Delivery Guarantee mean?
For a qualifying booking, we guarantee delivery and complete setup by the exact party start time provided by the customer.
Do you guarantee an exact arrival time?
No. An approximate arrival time or delivery window helps coordinate setup, but the guarantee deadline is the confirmed party start time.
What happens if Deep South Event Rentals misses my party start time?
If our direct fault causes a qualifying rental to be set up after the confirmed party start time, we refund the entire order.
Does a last-minute booking qualify?
No. The required deposit or payment must confirm the booking at least 48 hours before the stated party start time.
What if I do not provide an exact party start time?
The guarantee does not apply. A general weekend rental without a specific start time is not covered.
What if my yard or access path is not ready?
Customer-caused delays are not covered. The setup area and access path must be clean, clear, unlocked and ready.
What if weather or a road closure delays delivery?
The guarantee does not apply because those circumstances are outside Deep South Event Rentals' direct control.
Which rentals are covered?
Normal rental categories booked through our standard process are covered. Special events requiring custom scheduling are excluded.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No, provided the order is paid in full, access is available and you understand that we will choose the safest setup location if no one is present.
How do I report a qualifying problem?
Call us at (985) 228-4310. We will review the confirmed booking information and what caused the delay.
